Australian Orders
All orders are sent with Australia Post. Regular delivery is 3-10 days, and express is 1-3 days. These times are quoted once order is sent, please contact us if you require your delivery by a specific date as being hand made to order can take time to leave our studio.

International Orders
International orders are sent with Australia Post, regular delivery is 8-16 days. There is a $25 flat rate for international orders or free delivery for orders over $200.
Duties and Taxes for International Orders
We ship internationally on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis which means any taxes, inbound duties or custom clearance fees are not included in your order. Please contact your country's custom's office for any applicable charges and rates on packages coming from overseas. The customer is responsible to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel.

All items are hand made to order in our Melbourne studio. Please allow up to 14 days for your delivery.
Please ensure all details, preferences and address details are correct at the time of ordering. These details can be difficult to change after an order has been placed and we cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery or item details given to us.
