Jewellery and beaded items are delicate and should be handled carefully. All items are meticulously quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault. Manufacturing faults are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Neglect or wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Chain breakage, tarnishing or wear and tear are not considered a fault and will incur a repair or replacement fee.
We happily exchange non customised items within 7 days of being received. Exchanges or returns after this time cannot be accepted. Exchanges must be returned in original condition with all packaging.
We strictly do not accept returns on pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully.
Exchanges will incur a redelivery fee of $10 or a credit note. Please contact us first for an return number.
If you wish to return a faulty product, we will, at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product, within 6 months of the original purchase along with proof of purchase.
Items purchased from one of our stockists must be returned to this stockist with a proof of purchase.
Returned items must be wrapped carefully to avoid damage, have a proof of purchase and we recommend sending via a trackable and registered service as we cannot be held responsible for missing, damaged or stolen items during transit.
