Warranty and Returns
All Misuzi pieces are lovingly and specially hand made just for you, so all items sold are non-refundable unless fault or breakage occurs within 6 months, where we will at our discretion replace or repair your damaged item.
We offer an exchange on non-customised pieces within 7 days of purchase. Customised pieces are not available for exchange or refund if you change your mind as they are made to order. Please choose carefully.
Faulty Items and Repairs
All items are meticulously quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault.
Given the delicate nature of our hand made process, we offer a 6 month warranty on all items. Please note that neglect or wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Jewellery and beaded items are delicate and should be handled carefully. Warranty does not cover lost or missing parts or pieces. All pieces come with care instruction information that should be adhered to.
If you wish to return a faulty product, we will, at our discretion replace or repair your damaged product, within 6 months of the original purchase along with proof of purchase.
Items purchased from one of our stockists must be returned to this stockist with a proof of purchase.
Returned items must be wrapped carefully to avoid damage, have a proof of purchase and we recommend sending via a trackable and registered service as we cannot be held responsible for missing, damaged or stolen items during transit.
