The Lexi Heart bracelet if beautiful.  Features a heart and star charm on a chain.  Comes in 14k Gold Filled or Sterling Silver.  This bracelet is adjustable and comes in 2 sizes.  Small is 13cm/2cm, and large is 15cm/2cm.

Heart charm is 14mm x 15mm.
